Once, there was a guy named Greg who believed he could walk into any room and instantly become the king. One day, he decided to test this theory at a friend’s party. He donned a shiny crown he found in a cereal box and a cape made from an old tablecloth, convinced he was ready to rule. As he burst through the door, he struck a pose, arms wide open. “Behold, your king has arrived!” he declared, expecting applause. Instead, he was met with a room full of confused stares and a dog barking at his cape. Undeterred, Greg marched over to the snack table, declaring, “I demand snacks fit for royalty!”
He grabbed a handful of chips and accidentally knocked over a bowl of guacamole, which splattered all over his cape. “Ah, the royal mess!” he exclaimed, trying to salvage his dignity. His friends erupted in laughter, and Greg, realizing he was the punchline, decided to embrace it. “Well, every king has his battles!” he said, laughing along. By the end of the night, he was the life of the party, proving that sometimes, the best way to be a king is to not take yourself too seriously!
